Raphael is a patient communication platform operated by Raphael Care OS, Inc. We work on behalf of healthcare providers to send appointment reminders and coordinate non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for their patients.

Who sends messages
Raphael Care OS, Inc. sends SMS messages on behalf of your healthcare provider. All messages are sent to patients of enrolled healthcare organizations, never to third parties.

- Ride confirmation notifications
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your upcoming appointments and scheduled transportation. You may receive multiple messages in the days leading up to an appointment.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all future SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us directly at hello@raphaelcareos.com.

How We Collect Consent
Before any SMS messages are sent, consent is collected verbally by clinical staff at your healthcare provider and recorded in the Raphael platform. No messages are sent to patients who have not provided consent through their care team.
Patients may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting their healthcare provider directly.
Information We Collect
To provide our services, Raphael processes information provided by healthcare organizations, including:
- Patient name and mobile phone number
- Appointment date, time, and location
- Transportation pickup address and destination
- Consent status and timestamp
We do not sell patient information to third parties. Information is used solely to deliver appointment reminders and transportation coordination on behalf of the healthcare provider.
Data Retention
We retain patient communication records for as long as required to deliver services and comply with applicable laws. Healthcare organizations may request deletion of patient data by contacting us at hello@raphaelcareos.com.
